3. AI Accuracy & Disclaimer
Datecheck uses advanced artificial intelligence to provide feedback. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the AI analysis. User results on dating platforms may vary, and Datecheck is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our advice.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features are only available through a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Datecheck be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
